Shipping Destination
We currently only ship to EU countries. All Ebikes and Scooters orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Free Shipping within the EU
Enjoy Free Shipping on all Ebikes and Scooters orders within the European Union! We aim to provide a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience for our EU customers.
Some Parts & Accessories that are not in the European Union warehouse, have options of Air Shipping with Extra Fee (will be calculated at check out).

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
● Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days (depending on the destination).
● Air Shipping from overseas: 10-14 Business Days
Processing & Delivery Hours
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cancellation & Refund
● Cancel Orders before Shipping: A 4% processing fee of the order amount will be charged. Please contact us in time to cancel the order.
● Cancel Orders after Shipping: An 8% processing fee of the order amount will be charged to cancel the order.
● Return & Refund: Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on how to return products and receive a refund after receiving your items.
**Refund will be issued to you when the cancellation/return process is confirmed, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
Pre-Ordered Items
Some pre-ordered items may have a delayed shipping date as indicated in the product description.
Packaging & Delivery
We ship all orders in durable packaging such as corrugated boxes or poly-mailers. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you'd like a signature upon delivery, please consult us before placing the order.
